Wild Night on Apple Mountain
June 17, 2016

The heavy winds and rain created lots of problems on the mountain.  Thank all of you who have pitched in to help open roads.  Rappahannock Electric is working hard to clear the lines of trees, and replace poles.  The association has contacted several tree companies to clear the roads and clean up bush and debris on the road.  It will not happen overnight.

If you have a problem do not hesitate to contact Coventry Group so we can direct crews to your area.

Summer 2016 is coming ! Promise!
May 20, 2016

The 2016 Apple Mountain Lake summer season has begun.  Remember you must have your amenities pass for each vehicle to use the amenities including the lake and playground area.  As in past years the lake is the focal point of the community.  Brian Marshall will be working to keep the community mowed and repairs at the lake completed .

Once it finally stops raining new sand will be delivered to the beach area.  We also will be reducing the number of cat tails in the lake by the lower dam.

Have a safe and wonderful summer !

Customer Portals
April 13, 2016

We are thrilled to announce that we now have a new Homeowner Portal (see the new link in the sidebar) to allow you to access your association account details. With your Internet-enabled device, you can now view your current account balance, check your payment history, pay your assessments online, view pending violations or open work orders, communicate with your association manager and more.

To insure your privacy, only homeowners whose email address is opted in will be automatically entered into the portal system. If you have not already opted in to receive emails, please email our office manager. Include your name, community name, address within the community, and your email address. This extra step is designed for the safety of your personal information, because it allows us to verify each homeowner.

New Website
April 1, 2016

The AML board decided to return to the former version of AML’s website. One feature from the old website that many homeowners liked and used was the feature that allowed you to review your account. Don’t worry! We are bringing that back and you will see the Customer Portal feature implemented in the next couple of weeks. Please be patient as we update this website with more current information and get the Customer Portals up and running.
