Tennis Courts and Basket Ball Court get a new look
April 6, 2017

Wilson Paving will begin the patch work and repairs to the tennis courts and basket ball court as early as Monday, April 10th weather permitting!  Parts of the fence will be removed temporarily to provide access for equipment.   Once the repairs are made the seal coat and striping will take place 30 days later as the asphalt must cure before the seal coat is applied.

The courts will be available for use between the repairs and sealing.  Many thanks for your cooperation in making the much needed repairs.

Wild Night on Apple Mountain
June 17, 2016

The heavy winds and rain created lots of problems on the mountain.  Thank all of you who have pitched in to help open roads.  Rappahannock Electric is working hard to clear the lines of trees, and replace poles.  The association has contacted several tree companies to clear the roads and clean up bush and debris on the road.  It will not happen overnight.

If you have a problem do not hesitate to contact Coventry Group so we can direct crews to your area.

Summer 2016 is coming ! Promise!
May 20, 2016

The 2016 Apple Mountain Lake summer season has begun.  Remember you must have your amenities pass for each vehicle to use the amenities including the lake and playground area.  As in past years the lake is the focal point of the community.  Brian Marshall will be working to keep the community mowed and repairs at the lake completed .

Once it finally stops raining new sand will be delivered to the beach area.  We also will be reducing the number of cat tails in the lake by the lower dam.

Have a safe and wonderful summer !
